Introduction of Charge Carriers
Because the charge carriers we produced are made of refractory metal, they will not deform even at high temperatures. Compared with graphite, molybdenum, tungsten and their alloys are more solid and purer, which will not pollute the vacuum environment. Therefore, the charge carriers made of molybdenum, tungsten and their alloys are very suitable to use in high vacuum environment.Besides pure tungsten and molybdenum charge carriers, we primarily produce TZM and ML charge carriers because the creep resistance of these alloys are about 10 times higher than that of pure molybdenum.
Our charge carriers are suitable for frequent switching between high and low temperatures.
