Some manufacturers first put the tungsten sheet in hot oil to heat and then take it out for rolling, but the tungsten sheet is cooled rapidly in the transfer process, which restores brittleness and leads to rolling cracking, resulting in a very low qualified rate of the product. Some producers also use open flame to heat tungsten sheet, but the flame heating is not uniform and the material oxidation, low yield, is not conducive to increase the yield, is not an ideal processing method. In addition, in the rolling process, the debris dropped during the processing of the end and both sides of the tungsten sheet and the foreign matter in the environment are easy to adhere to the roll. If it is not erased in time, it will press pits and cracks on the surface of the tungsten sheet when rolling again, resulting in no further processing and waste products.
