Molybdenum not only has excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, low expansion coefficient, low steam pressure and other properties, but also has high hardness, high strength performance. So molybdenum in electronic industry, glass manufacturing and other fields has a very broad use. However, the processing of molybdenum is difficult, and the low temperature brittleness of molybdenum is an important factor affecting its processing. The factors affecting the brittleness of molybdenum have been studied from various aspects for a long time. Among them, most studies have been made on the effects of added elements on the properties of molybdenum alloy, such as the effects of interstitial atoms C, N and O on the properties of molybdenum alloy. The effects of rare earth elements such as 100 million and lanthanum on the properties of molybdenum alloy were studied. The effect of gaze on the properties of molybdenum alloy was studied. When rhenium is added to molybdenum, molybdenum-rhenium alloy has excellent strength and plastic comprehensive performance. Therefore, various molybdenum-rhenium alloys have been studied, and the effect of rhenium has been deeply discussed.

1. The tensile force of molybdenum-rhenium alloy is 24.8N, about 2.5 times that of recrystallization. But the elongation is only 1/3 of the recrystallization state, is 3.1%.

2. With the increase of annealing temperature, the tensile force of molybdenum-rhenium alloy decreases linearly, but the elongation is the highest at 1723 K after 30 min annealing. Molybdenum-rhenium alloy strip can obtain the highest plasticity after annealing at 1723 K for 30 min.

3. Molybdenum-rhenium alloy shows quasi-cleavage fracture in the machining state, and the fracture shows obvious dimple shape after annealing.

4. The rhenium element can increase the bonding force between the grains of molybdenum-rhenium alloy, and the occurrence of twin deformation of molybdenum-rhenium alloy at room temperature, so the molybdenum-rhenium alloy has a good plasticity.
