Molybdenum is one of the rare metals. Because of its low expansion coefficient, high high temperature strength, good heat resistance and fatigue, high electrical and thermal conductivity, molybdenum sheet and molybdenum foil are widely used in precision electronics and aerospace products. Molybdenum has high price and poor processing performance, so how to improve the plasticity of molybdenum sheet and improve the yield of deep drawing molybdenum sheet has always been a concern in the process of molybdenum sheet processing.

The thickness of molybdenum sheet/molybdenum foil for deep drawing is generally 0.5 ~ 0.15mm, which requires the anisotropy of molybdenum sheet to be small, and the longitudinal and transverse metallographic structure of the finished strip is almost exactly the same, which is fine and uniform fiber structure overlapped with each other. Generally speaking, the rolling method of 0.15mm thick molybdenum sheet is to hot roll, warm roll, pickling and bleaching the molybdenum sheet twice at a certain temperature, and then anneal to the desired thickness after three times of cold rolling, so that the deep drawing yield is 60%.

In order to obtain the molybdenum strip with higher deep drawing yield, a better method is to make the molybdenum strip with 50 ~ 60% pressing rate in each hot rolling, each warm rolling and each cold rolling. By adjusting The Times of hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling by the pressing rate, the molybdenum sheet with the corresponding thickness and elongation greater than or equal to 8% can be obtained. Rolling process is stable, molybdenum sheet quality is stable; Annealing is carried out after each hot rolling, each warm rolling and each cold rolling. Because the recrystallization temperature is affected by the deformation rate, the pressing rate of molybdenum plate between each two annealing times is certain, and the annealing temperature is easy to determine. The rolling direction of molybdenum plate before and after annealing is 90°, and the pressing rate of molybdenum plate is constant between two annealing times, so the deformation rate of finished molybdenum sheet in two directions is the same, and the anisotropy of molybdenum sheet is eliminated. The molybdenum strip produced in this way has a higher yield after deep drawing.

We can produce and process high quality molybdenum sheet and molybdenum foil according to customers' requirements.
