Application of molybdenum foil in molybdenum-nickel-boron cermet materials

Molybdenum-nickel-boron cermet is an important ceramic material in modern industry. The development of cermet plays an important role in aerospace, aviation, energy and other industrial fields.

The traditional preparation method of molybdenum-nickel-boron cermet is powder metallurgy, which reduces the mechanical properties of the material due to the coarse grain structure and high porosity after sintering. It is very important to solve the problems of coarse grain structure and high porosity of molybdenum-nickel-boron cermet and improve its performance.

Through surface activation, rolling and heat treatment of metal foil, the purpose of grain refinement and directional distribution of CERmet is realized, and the performance of CERMET is improved.

1) The surface of molybdenum foil, nickel foil and nickel-boron foil were roughened;

2) Double-sided activation of nickel boron foil and nickel foil, and then cleaning;

3) Molybdenum strip, nickel strip and nickel-boron foil according to nickel foil, molybdenum foil, nickel-boron foil, nickel foil, molybdenum foil, nickel-boron foil...... Nickel foil, molybdenum foil, nickel-boron foil, nickel foil, molybdenum foil, nickel-boron foil, nickel foil are rolled in sequence, and roll speed and rolling temperature are controlled to accumulate rolling.

4) The laminated cermet is subjected to no-pressure heat treatment, the heat treatment temperature and vacuum degree are controlled, and the temperature is cooled after no-pressure heat treatment to obtain the cermet material with ultra-fine grain and oriented distribution of tissue.
