Die castings can be processed with nonferrous metals and alloy iron, made from large amounts of molybdenum or tungsten, or with a small amount of zirconia. Die castings are usually used for multi face pressing and are specially designed to prevent delamination or cracking when pressing the bar. Die casting products are usually used in die casting dies, especially in aluminum, zinc and brass castings to ensure long die life and minimum shrinkage porosity of components.

Application of tungsten alloy die castings and components:

Hard wire production is usually pressed through a solid metal hole, called a mold, and at such a high strength pressure, it is extruded like noodles. Can you imagine the incredible power of Kong Houdao? Diamond or sapphire molds are also used in some cases, but the product is made of tungsten alloy because it is very strong even at very high temperatures.

Because of its heat resistance, high hardness, high toughness, tungsten alloy is very suitable for making die castings, components, etc., especially for pressing copper alloy, producing aluminum, zinc, brass. Die castings are made of molybdenum and tungsten, high melting point, oxygen free (except in the case of impure).

Because the tungsten alloy is very strong, this also guarantees that it has a longer life than the traditional mold, and also guarantees the minimum shrinkage porosity. Therefore, the die castings made of tungsten such raw materials guarantee the product quality and high standard.

The main advantages of tungsten alloy die castings and die components are: high thermal stability, high resistance, easy processing and non fragile.
