Straightening device for molybdenum strip processing

As a derivative of raw material molybdenum wire, molybdenum strip is widely used in lighting industry, mainly used in high-pressure mercury lamp, high-pressure sodium lamp, metal halide lamp, film and television light source, and its quality has a great impact on the lamp life and interface welding quality.

The production process of molybdenum strip includes hot rolling, annealing, finishing (cold) rolling, straightening and electrolysis. Straightening refers to leveling the surface finish and straightness of molybdenum strip in the previous process in hydrogen protection. The straightening process can not only improve the surface finish and straightness of products, but also enhance the tensile strength and eliminate broken wires. However, the traditional straightening device can not meet the requirements of straightening process. Generally, it has the disadvantage of low processing efficiency.

The technical problem to be solved is to provide a straightening device for molybdenum strip processing to improve the processing efficiency.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the straightening device for molybdenum strip processing includes a bracket and a heating furnace, the heating furnace is arranged on the bracket, the heating furnace is provided with a straightening channel, the straightening channel is provided with a through hole, the heating furnace is provided with an air inlet pipe and a gas outlet pipe, and the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are connected with the through-hole.

When the furnace is working, a high temperature environment is formed in the through-hole, which is fed with hydrogen from the inlet pipe and led out by the outlet pipe to form a hydrogen circulation channel; in this way, the molybdenum belt introduced from the previous process is straightened through the through-hole, so as to improve the processing efficiency.

Another improvement is that the outlet pipe includes a first outlet pipe and a second outlet pipe. The setting of the first outlet pipe and the second outlet pipe makes the circulation effect of hydrogen better, so as to improve the processing efficiency of straightening process.

In the other way, the heating furnace and straightening channel are all cylindrical. The cylindrical setting of heating furnace and straightening channel makes the thermal effect better, improves the processing efficiency of straightening process, and saves energy.
