Study on texture of cold rolled pure molybdenum sheet

When the metal material is deformed, the crystal will rotate, and most of the crystals will gather in some orientation position (or deviate from the random distribution), which is the result of texture formation. Due to the different properties of the crystal planes in the crystal, its orientation will inevitably affect the anisotropy of metal materials. According to the traditional processing method, the texture of metal materials is considered as a "defect" and controlled. However, it is more noteworthy that many metal materials with special properties, such as the well-known deep drawing steel plate and can body materials, as well as many elastic materials, magnetic materials and fiber materials, are developed according to the strict "anisotropic" design criteria. At the same time, "texture strengthening" has great potential to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion properties of materials.

Molybdenum and molybdenum alloy are deep drawing materials for electronic devices. In order to reduce the influence of anisotropy, cross rolling is usually used to improve the deep drawing properties. However, considering the crystallographic properties of cubic crystals, the deep drawing properties of the materials have not been fully developed. If the orientation of molybdenum and molybdenum alloy parallel rolling surface is strengthened, the deep drawing property will be better, but how to achieve this goal in technology is the Research Institute of this paper.
