Tungsten alloys have many excellent properties after high temperature liquid phase sintering, such as high density, high melting point, high hardness, wear resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation, high temperature resistance, etc.

There are generally three kinds of tungsten alloy machined parts processing methods: turning, CNC milling and grinding.

Surface treatment: even after degreasing and acid degreasing, oxides and other contaminants will still adhere to the surface of tungsten alloy products. Nickel, gold and silver can be plated on the surface of tungsten alloy. After coating, the tungsten alloy has amorphous and nanocrystalline structure, thus obtaining corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance. The surface range of tungsten alloy is controlled between RA 0.8 and RA 12.5. Tungsten alloy can also be processed by grinding, grinding, carving, CNC machining, drilling and other methods.
