Recovery of non-metallic mineral in tungsten tailings

The non-metallic minerals in tungsten metal mainly include quartz, feldspar, mica, garnet, fluorite and calcite, among which the non-metallic minerals with comprehensive recovery value are fluorite and garnet. 1 Fluorite fluorite recovered from tungsten tailings is an important non-metallic ore widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy and building materials industry. the grade of fluorite ore in China is generally low, in which the reserves of associated deposits account for 43%. It is of great significance to recover fluorite minerals from tungsten tailings. The experimental study on the recovery of fluorite from tungsten flotation tailings was carried out. The final fluorite concentrate was obtained by using the process of primary coarse and second sweep flotation recovery, regrinding of fluorite crude concentrate, re-separation of ore in concentrate, return of medium ore sequence to concentrate, and strong magnetic separation of concentrate, in which the CaF2 grade was 9736% and the recovery rate was 57.23%. In view of the strong suppression of fluorite in a floating tungsten tailings, a new activating agent ANF-1, which can effectively restore the floatability of fluorite, has been developed to recover fluorite from floating tungsten tailings containing CaF224.93% through a "one coarse and two fine" flotation process. The fluorite concentrate containing CaF295.03% has been obtained. The CaF2 recovery rate is 62.13%. [3] 2 garnet recovered from tungsten tailings is a kind of weak magnetic mineral with high hardness and stable chemical properties, which is mainly used in abrasives, building materials, polymer fillers and so on. The raw ore grade of garnet is not high and the content of industrial grade is 1 / 145. It is the basis of deep processing of garnet to improve the grade of garnet through suitable mineral processing technology. Garnet concentrate products can be obtained by using magnetic separation and gravity and magnetic process to recover garnet from tungsten tailings in China. The recovery rate of garnet concentrate obtained by magnetic separation method is high, and the recovery rate of garnet concentrate is 87.78%. According to the characteristics of pomegranate resources in polymetallic ores, garnet concentrate with 89% grade can be obtained by using floating-maglev main process and spiral chute pre-separation-pre-separation and shaking bed to recover garnet from tailings in China, and the recovery rate is more than 40%.
