Study on leveling Annealing process of high precision tungsten sheet

Because of its high melting point, high strength, high density, low expansion coefficient and vapor pressure, excellent thermal stability, high temperature performance and ray absorption ability, tungsten plate is widely used in electronics, electric power, electric vacuum, electric light source, medical treatment, metallurgy and many other fields. 0.1mm high-precision tungsten slices can be used in the fabrication of collimators and detectors for medical CT machines. The flatness is an important quality index of the products, which directly affects the imaging quality and diagnostic accuracy, and its mechanical properties are an important factor affecting the assembly of tungsten slices. On the basis of not reducing the material properties, the flatness problem of 0.1mm high precision tungsten sheet was solved by studying the annealing process parameters.

1) Using high temperature molybdenum alloy plate as the leveling annealing mold can ensure the best flatness value of tungsten sheet;

2) Using the heat treatment process at 850 degrees Celsius for 1.5 h, the best flatness and excellent hardness and bending properties of 0.1mm high-precision tungsten sheet can be obtained;

3) When the flatness of the special leveling die is less than 0.05mm, the flatness of 0.1mm tungsten sheet is the best, and the leveling effect is stable. It is best for the die to be finely ground every three months.
