As a derivative of raw material molybdenum wire, molybdenum foil is widely used in lighting industry, mainly used in high pressure mercupy lamp, high pressure sodium lamp, metal halide lamp, film and television light source, etc. Its quality has a great influence on lamp life and interface welding quality.
Molybdenum foil production processes include hot rolling, annealing, fine (cold) rolling, alignment and electrolysis, etc. Alignment refers to the smooth treatment of the surface finish and straightness of the molybdenum strip in the previous process under hydrogen protection. The straightening process can not only improve the surface finish and straightness of the product, but also enhance the tensile strength and eliminate wire breakage.
The straightening device for molybdenum belt processing includes a bracket and a heating furnace, and the heating furnace is perforated. The straightening channel is provided with a through hole, and the heating furnace is provided with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe.
When the heating furnace is working, a high temperature environment is formed in the through hole, which is fed into hydrogen from the inlet pipe and exported from the outlet pipe, forming a hydrogen circulation channel; In this way, the molybdenum strip imported from the previous process is straightened through the through-hole, thus improving the processing efficiency.
