Heterogeneous NiCo2Se4/NiCoS4 composites were prepared by solvothermal method, which combined the advantages of transition metal sulfide and transition metal selenide, and had the advantages of high theoretical capacity and high electrical conductivity. Heterogeneous NiCo2Se4/NiCoS4 composites were prepared into cathode materials, in which the dual nanostructure of nanosheet/nanoparticle could buffer the volume change of electrode materials in the cycle process, so as to ensure the stability of the material cycle.

(1) Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O, NiCl2·6H2O and Na2SeO3 were added to the mixed solvent and stirred until completely dissolved to obtain a transparent solution; After the heating reaction, NiCo2Se4 powder was obtained.

(2) The NiCo2Se4 powder was added to the prepared solution and stirred to make it evenly distributed; Then the heating reaction; NiCo2Se4/NiCoS4 heterostructure products were obtained after the reaction.

(3) The prepared NiCo2Se4/NiCoS4 heterostructure products, carbon black and polytetrafluoroethylene were dissolved and the homogeneous slurry was formed by stirring, and the slurry was evenly coated on molybdenum foil. After drying, the cathode material containing cobalt nickel selenide/cobalt nickel sulfide heterostructure was obtained. In order to obtain excellent quality cathode material, it is necessary to use high quality molybdenum foil. So the process of preparing molybdenum foil is very important. It needs to be processed by molybdenum material with uniform grain. Every step in the process of producing molybdenum foil needs to be tested to monitor its quality.
