LEDG9 bulb is a plug bulb commonly used in European crystal chandeliers. At present, there are two main production methods of LEDG9 bulbs with glass encapsulation according to the different bulb structure: One is light and drive circuit board separate structure, light in hermetically sealed and filled with thermal conductivity gas (helium) is commonly used glass bulb shell, and drive circuit boards in glass bulb shell, drive circuit board through the corresponding plastic or ceramic accessories and glass bulb shell assembly and electrical connections and become a complete bulb, produced by the method of this kind of LEDG9 bulb structure compact enough, And because the drive circuit board has no seal protection, the environmental protection ability is poor; The second one is to place the luminescent body and the driving circuit board in the glass bubble shell filled with heat-conducting gas. Compared with the previous bulb, the LEDG9 bulb produced by this method has a compact structure, good environmental protection ability, high light efficiency and small light decline, so the LEDG9 bulb of the second structure is more popular in the market. At present, the production mode of LEDG9 bulb of the second structure is mainly: Take a thick transparent glass tube (about φ14.5×50mm), fuse a thin glass tube (about φ4×40mm) at one end as the exhaust pipe, and then insert the assembled LED luminator and the driving circuit board into the bubble shell through the open end of the thick transparent glass tube. Then the G9 lamp cap is sealed by the flame melting process at the open end of the thick transparent glass tube, and the bulb is vacuumized and inflated through the exhaust pipe to complete the production of the bulb. The main problems of the LEDG9 bulb produced by this manufacturing method are as follows: First, the diameter of the glass bubble shell is difficult to break through 16mm, because the diameter of the bubble shell is too large, it is difficult to make the shape in line with the G9 lamp cap standard when the flame is fused, and the limited diameter of the glass bubble shell affects the further improvement of the heat dissipation performance when it is used. Second, in the flame sealing production of G9 lamp cap, due to the LED luminous body and drive circuit board has been placed in the glass bubble shell, the high temperature of the flame sealing is easy to make electronic components, especially the relatively large electrolytic capacitor is damaged, the production rate is low; Thirdly, when LEDG9 bulb manufactured by the existing method is used, there are obvious light and dark areas on the work surface of the luminous body, which cannot achieve uniform illumination in the range of 360°.

The problems can be improved as follows:

1. The transparent glass tube connected by thick long section and thin short section is made in advance, which is used as the basic part for processing glass bubble shell;

2. Make an electrode assembly composed of 2 molybdenum foils, 2 G9 lamp pins and 2 needle electrodes, welding 1 needle electrode on the upper end of the 2 molybdenum foils, welding 1 G9 lamp pins on the lower end of the 2 molybdenum foils; (Our company can produce the mentioned molybdenum foil).

5. The obtained components are put into the two cylindrical electrode connectors of the combined assembly and injected with conductive adhesive;

6. The obtained combination is inserted into the thick and long section of the transparent glass tube from the open end of the thick and long section of the transparent glass tube, and the upper end of the two needle electrodes of the electrode assembly is inserted corresponding to the two electrode inserts after glue injection.
