It is made of molybdenum sheet or molybdenum base alloy by welding or high temperature stamping. It is an important sintering carrier for the preparation of molybdenum powder and other metal powder.
In terms of physical and chemical properties, molybdenum boat generally has the characteristics of high density, high melting point, high strength, low thermal expansion coefficient, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good creep resistance, ductility and electric and thermal conductivity. Note: there are certain differences in the specific physical and chemical properties and uses of molybdenum boats made of different materials. For example, the temperature of pure molybdenum boats can be about 1100°C, and they can be used as equipment for melting rare earth materials and vessels for sintering tungsten oxide. Lanthanum molybdenum boat and TZM (molybdenum zirconium titanium) boat can withstand the temperature of about 1900°C, suitable for working in high temperature environment.
According to different shapes, molybdenum boats have round, rectangular, square and trapezoidal shapes; According to the different processing methods, molybdenum boat can be divided into stamping boat, folding boat, welding boat and riveting boat type; According to the different material, it can be divided into pure molybdenum boat, molybdenum lanthanum boat, molybdenum zirconium titanium boat, molybdenum rhenium boat, tungsten molybdenum boat.
From the point of view of structure, a high temperature resistant molybdenum boat includes a rectangular molybdenum boat body, the body of the molybdenum boat is provided with a semi-oval molybdenum boat sintering liner and a wave-shaped cooling strip around, the wave-shaped cooling strip is provided with a weight reducing hole, the body of the molybdenum boat is provided with a split molybdenum boat cover, the molybdenum boat cover is provided with a coating hole and a feeding hole.
