At present, the conversion efficiency of antimony sulfide solar cells has been continuously broken through, but its research is based on the top lining structure of rigid substrates (such as TRANSPARENT conductive glass such as FTO and ITO). Sunlight enters from one side of the glass, and part of the light is absorbed by the substrate, resulting in loss, which is not conducive to the effective use of sunlight. On the other hand, The device performance is also limited by the device structure of antimony sulfide and sulfur vacancy defects in vivo, and its application in flexible electronics has not been developed.

Antimony sulfide thin film usually uses high temperature process, so its process design and substrate selection are particularly important in flexible device applications. Because molybdenum foil substrate has good thermal and chemical stability, it can not only ensure that the prefabricated layer can be annealed at higher temperature and the substrate is not modified, but also has good bending performance.
