Tungsten-nickel-copper alloy is a kind of important tungsten-base heavy alloy, which is composed of nickel and copper added to tungsten and on the basis of which other metallic elements are added. The ratio of nickel to copper is usually 3:2. This kind of alloy is non-ferromagnetic and has relatively good conductive and thermal conductivity. It is often used in some special occasions, such as gyroscope rotors and other components of devices and instruments that require working under the action of magnetic field. Contact of high voltage electrical switch and some electrodes for electro machining.

The added nickel/copper ratio (weight) is generally 3:2. Compared with tungsten nickel iron alloy, because copper does not have nickel, iron activation of sintered tungsten, therefore, its sintering density is slightly lower, strength and plasticity is poor, generally not heat treatment and deformation processing.

W93NiCu tungsten nickel copper alloy physical properties:

High strength: tensile strength of 700 ~ 1000MPa;

High thermal conductivity: 5 times of die steel;

Thermal expansion coefficient is small: only 1/2 ~ 1/3 of iron or steel, good conductivity; Good weldability and workability
