At present, the highest heating temperature of domestic silicon molybdenum electric heating element is 1700℃.It has been widely used in metallurgical, chemical, silicate and other departments of high temperature furnace. Some foreign manufacturers will also be used in the heat treatment industry of carburizing, quenching and other heat treatment furnace. Like general industrial furnaces, silicon and molybdenum electric heating element heating furnace calculates its power through the hot plate needed to heat the workpiece in unit time, and the furnace heat loss and other heat loss. However, because the heating temperature of silicon and molybdenum electric heating elements is very high, usually 1400 ~ 1700℃, some calculation data under the quotient temperature is not easy to find, which makes the calculation of power ball some trouble. 1.Calculate the volume of the furnace The furnace temperature, furnace type and furnace chamber size should be determined above all. When calculating the volume of the furnace according to the size of the furnace, the clearance volume in the furnace should be calculated. For example, the width of the box-type furnace should be calculated on both sides of the distance between the silicon and molybdenum rods; The height shall be calculated from the bottom of the furnace to the arch foot. If there is a bottom plate at the bottom of the furnace, it should be counted from the bottom under the bottom plate of the furnace, and its length should be calculated from the back wall to the door of the furnace. 2.Check the map According to the calculated volume and furnace temperature given chart, quickly check the power of the furnace. If the furnace temperature is not within the shadow range in the drawing, it can be obtained according to the curve which is closer to the temperature in the drawing, and then the power obtained can be slightly increased or decreased. 3.Furnace wall surface load In order to prevent excessive power on the unit area of the furnace wall, the surface load of the furnace wall can be checked according to the chart given after checking the power. In addition, silicon and molybdenum electric heating elements are not easy to install at the bottom of the furnace, often hanging on both sides of the wall, the installation is more concentrated. So it is necessary to verify the surface load of the furnace wall.
