The ore dressing index of the wolframite ore is poor, the recovery rate is low, the recovery rate is only 15-20%, the recovery rate of the whole tungsten is restricted, and the recovery rate of the scheelite is generally about 65%. In recent years, the research on the separation of black and white tungsten has made great progress in the research of the separation of black and white tungsten from this kind of problem. A. New technology for separating and flotation of black and white tungsten by strong magnetic shunt The Beijing Institute of Mining and Metallurgy has proposed and adopted the "Separation and flotation process flow of strong magnetic shunt and black-and-white tungsten" to carry out the flotation of the sulfide ore first, the flotation tailings of the sulfide ore are subjected to strong magnetic separation (by adopting a high-gradient magnetic separator), the strong magnetic separation concentrate is subjected to black tungsten flotation, and the black tungsten concentrate is produced; The strong magnetic separation tailings enter the white tungsten flotation, and the white tungsten rough concentrate and the white tungsten rough concentrate are heated to produce white tungsten concentrate, and the white tungsten flotation tailings enter the fluorite flotation. in the process flow, the mineral composition of the ore pulp on both sides of the strong magnetic shunt is simplified, and when the black tungsten ore and the scheelite ore are respectively floated, the interference factor of the ore dressing is relatively reduced, different flotation conditions are prepared according to different characteristics of the black scheelite, and the process technology is mature and reliable; The adaptability of ore is strong, it is not affected by the change of the proportion fluctuation of black and scheelite, and the index of tungsten sorting is stable. B. The flotation of scheelite and wolframite in their optimum floatable conditions was realized. The recovery rate of the tungsten-tungsten ore was 76.82% on April 4 to 16,2009. The actual recovery of tungsten is increased by 10 percentage points compared with the original process (black and white tungsten mixed flotation). due to the difference of the floatability between the scheelite and the wolframite, the ore pulp condition of the best flotation is different, and a part of the scheelite ore is the iron-containing scheelite, and has the weak magnetism and adopts a step-by-step mineral processing method of floating (white tungsten)-magnetic (black tungsten)-floating (black tungsten), At the same time, the white-tungsten-heated flotation tailings are returned to the high-gradient magnetic separator in the main dry process, so that the grade and the recovery rate of the white-tungsten concentrate are ensured, the flotation of the black tungsten is improved to the ore grade, the tail end is effectively reduced, and the subsequent black-tungsten flotation is more beneficial. The selective catching effect of the high-efficiency white-tungsten-collector TAB-3 on the iron-containing scheelite is good, and the dosage of the medicine is small. The effective separation of scheelite and wolframite is the key to the success of the process. By using the high-gradient strong magnetic separation process, the weak magnetic minerals such as the cassiterite and the wolframite can be separated by using the magnetic characteristics, and the comprehensive recovery of the tin-metal minerals is facilitated. The high-"floating-magnetic-floating" white-tungsten high-priority flotation process flow and the white-tungsten flotation tailings are subjected to strong magnetic separation, and the flotation grade and the recovery rate of the black tungsten are effectively improved under the condition of ensuring the grade and the recovery rate of the scheelite concentrate.
